Eco Fest 2024: Caring for Nature - while it cares for us!

The month of ecology at Russian International School (RIS) concluded with a vibrant and inspiring event — Eco Fest! This event has become a beloved tradition, bringing together our #RISFamily in a meaningful way. 🌳💚

Eco Fest is an annual celebration that fosters team spirit and reminds us of our responsibility to care for the Planet. This year’s motto: “Caring for Nature - while it cares for us.” 🌎🧡

Held in the scenic Razdolye Park, Eco Fest 2024 featured seven exciting challenges that tested participants’ teamwork, creativity, and athleticism. From fun relay races to artistic tasks, the day was filled with unforgettable moments. 🎨🏃‍♂️

This year, the senior students took on the role of team captains, guiding and inspiring younger students through each stage of the event. At RIS, we believe in the importance of teamwork, leadership, and mutual support, and our senior students truly embodied these values. 💪👦👧

Each successfully completed challenge earned teams a puzzle piece, symbolizing the idea that only by working together can we achieve great things! 🧩✨ At the end of the event, the puzzle was assembled, serving as a reminder of the importance of caring for nature and the power of collaboration.
